After two decades in the corporate IT world, I took a break in 2014 and headed to the Caribbean, eager to escape the consulting grind.
I rekindled my passion for coding and started working with developers to restructure their online businesses for sale. Little did I know, this small side project would grow into something much bigger.
It all started with the purchase of a small Amazon Affiliate site in 2014. Before I knew it, I was fully engaged in the niche world of online business acquisitions.
Fast forward a decade, I’m managing a diverse portfolio of SaaS infrastructure businesses.
Today, I’m focused on two things (well, three if you count keeping my portfolio of businesses growing…):
• Helping engineers break free from the disillusionment of traditional employment by acquiring their own Indie-sized companies.
• Helping SaaS and Software business owners position their companies for sale, so they don’t end up settling for less money, worse terms, or unwanted obligations.
